How long does shipping take for custom team uniforms?
Custom team uniforms typically require a lead time of 4-6 weeks from the date of artwork approval. Standard stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy on bats and equipment?
Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a bat is removed from its shrink wrap, it is no longer eligible for return and must be handled via the manufacturer's warranty.
Do you offer a warranty on high-performance composite bats?
Most high-performance bats come with a 1-year limited warranty provided by the manufacturer. Smash It Sports is an authorized dealer, and we can assist you with the documentation needed to file a warranty claim.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
